FAQ

Common questions.

What industries do you work with?

We've worked across consumer goods, healthcare, technology, hospitality, education, and more, with teams at Fortune 500 companies and beyond.

We also work with larger non-profit and government institutions who are interested in bringing Human-Centered Design to the re-engineering of social systems and programs.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We're based in Evanston, Illinois, just outside Chicago. We work with clients across the globe and combine remote collaboration with on-site sessions when the work calls for it.

How do you handle confidentiality and our information?

We never share or sell your information. And because our work often involves highly sensitive, competitive research, we're accustomed to signing NDAs. Reach out if you have any other questions about how we protect your information.

We're not sure exactly what we need yet. Is it pre-mature to start a conversation?

Not at all! A core strength of our team is helping organizations define and scope the problems that need to be solved.

A 30-min meeting can go a long way to bringing clarity to your business challenge and solution path forward.
