The Director of Innovation Research and Strategy must have the skill, knowhow and ability to successfully and efficiently lead teams, as well as prospect, manage and execute market research and strategic projects. The Research Lead must have the skill, knowhow and ability to successfully and efficiently manage and execute innovation research and strategic projects. We’d like to speak to people with proven success in managing market research projects and delivering insights and actionable recommendations that support innovation and new product development initiatives.

The primary responsibility of the Quantitative Research Analyst is to successfully and efficiently execute, analyze, present and report quantitative research projects. This role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and bringing to the team expertise in quantitative research design and analysis. You must have hands-on experience with quantitative research methods, statistical software, data analysis tools, and online research technology.

The primary responsibility of the Research Analyst is to support the design and execution of project work at Sylver Consulting. This role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams (including internal and external members of Sylver and our clients). Your role will be to leverage mostly quantitative research techniques with some qualitative work to plan, collect and interpret research data and produce insights and actionable business recommendations.

The primary responsibility of the Research Recruiter is to efficiently find and recruit Research Participants for interviews, online surveys, focus groups and other research methods. This is an entry-level position in market/design research. If you love to meet new people and quickly build relationships, then this job is for you! As a Research Recruiter you will be responsible for all phases of research recruitment process, while learning about design research, innovation and strategy.
