Setting the Stage for Success - Workshop Highlight

by Robyn Minor and Sheysel Sanchez

Sylver Consulting’s “Setting the Stage for Success” Workshop is a key differentiator. It fuels the strategic partnership that so many of our clients appreciate and value as unique to Sylver.

How and Why

This workshop is designed to create a collective understanding of what it looks like — functionally and emotionally — to succeed in the project at hand. In this session, we align on where we’re starting, where we want to go, and what we’re being held accountable for throughout the project. We emerge with a coherent and aligned vision of success.

Three exercises are often engaged:

  1. Five Intention Setting Questions
  2. Defining your Innovation Ambition
  3. Hope, Treasure, Trash, Fear

These exercises, and more specifically the dialogue that emerge as a result of them, create space for intentionality. Some have even come to endearingly refer to these sessions as “corporate therapy” — and look forward to them!
